We charge a fixed fee per application, from S$2,000, depending on complexity because we believe the grant fees should be used for the core project.

However, we understand that some clients prefer a risk-free approach, and we are open to discussions.

Value-added Services

Our consultants are experienced project and change management leaders. This means that we can also be part of the project implementation team as a third party consultant to ensure that the project is rolled out with minimal disruptions.

Grant Application Process

Complimentary initial consult

Understand client's project scope and timeline.
Initial recommendation of suitable grant.
Overview of application process and what to expect.

Engagement and grant submission

Detailed interview about project scope and industry.
Sign Letter of Agreement on scope of grant services.
Preparation and approval of grant proposal by client.
Guided submission on appropriate grant portal.

Proposal evaluation by agency

Address enquiries from authorities and agencies about proposal.
Proposal adjustments and resubmissions, as required.

Grant approval and project execution

Ensure project team is aligned with essential milestones.
VCG will be involved in monitoring throughout project period.
Assist client with compilation of essential documents, such as receipts and invoices, and to make sure they are aligned with the grant LOA.
Raise amendment requests, if necessary.

Project completion and grant reimbursement

Work with client on preparation of Project Completion Report.
Consolidate & review relevant documents for reimbursement.
Assist client with claim submission with various agencies or business portal.
